Tuohy's Protocol
Your buffet menu selections will arrive on garnished silver trays and/or chafers with all serving utensils. Please remind us to make a note of your decorating theme or colors so we can provide appropriate fabric fluff and live greenery for your buffet. Disposable trays are available for a nominal fee if you elect to have a less formal event.
Rental equipment for an upscale event is available. Your sales associates can provide pricing for china or glass plates, flatware, all purpose glasses, bar glasses (including white or red wine, old fashioneds, pilsners) linens, linen napkins, tables, chairs, etc.
We will provide for your event an experienced service staff based on your guest count and bartender needs. They will be dressed in traditional tuxedo black and white. Service time is based on the staff's arrival at Tuohy's and their return to Tuohy's after your event. Please help us determine the correct amount of time allowing plenty of travel time, taking into consideration rush hours and distance. The fee for staffing is $120.00 per server for 4 hours minimum and $20.00 per server per hour for each additional hour.
All pricing guaranteed for 30 days. Any substitutions or additions will affect the price per person. Prior to your event you will receive a confirming copy of our proposal after the planning is finalized. An original invoice will be delivered by our staff on the day of your event. Prior arrangement for payment is expected by either American Express, Visa, Mastercard or by personal or corporate check.
Georgia law prohibits all off-premise caterers from legally furnishing any alcoholic beverages at catered events. You will want to provide these items on your own.
Tuohy's Catering is a full service catering company, in business for 21 years in Buckhead. We are available to cater any event from breakfast, boxed lunches, workshops, picnics, seated formal dinners, large receptions, cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners or weddings for 10 to 2000 people.
